Steve Rabin, MBA, CPA, CVA has more than 20 years of experience in tax, accounting, IT, and business arenas, including eight years as a CEO/CFO as well as recent experience with SEC reporting, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance, and as a public company Controller. He has the distinction of having successfully operated a public company, filing SEC Form 10K and 10Q financial statements, using Quickbooks Enterprise. He is a certified public accountant, certified valuation analyst, and has also been Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP), and California Business Broker, these last three credentials currently inactive. He has taught postgraduate accounting classes and also currently teaches continuing professional education (CPE) workshops in financial reporting, tax, valuation, stock based compensation and ethics for other CPAs and groups including IMA. He is a Realtor® and Broker and a CPA, CA DRE license #01895327, CA CPA license #93133, IL CPA license #065030963, licensed by the California Board of Accountancy, and by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. He is highly qualified to help you achieve your business or financial management goals.
Many of the services described on this website are performed entirely by Mr. Rabin.
